Description

Cosecha manual en septiembre 2010 de uvas propias cultivadas en clima mediterráneo a 750 msnm. Fermentación alcohólica controlada a 26 ºC, remontajes diarios. Crianza en barricas de 225 litros de capacidad de roble francés. Recomendado beber entre 14/17 ºC.
