Description

Cosecha manual en septiembre 2010 de uvas propias cultivadas en clima mediterráneo a 750 msnm. Fermentación alcohólica controlada a 28 ºC, remontajes diarios. Crianza en barricas de 225 litros de capacidad de roble francés. Recomendado decantar y beber entre 16/18 ºC.
